Mobile Game Theatre Questions
Our drivers are excellent and can go nearly anywhere. However, our truck/trailer package is roughly 15 metres long and needs to be placed on an area of little or no incline or decline preferred but not required. Otherwise, you can divert us to a nearby park, church, pizza restaurant or parking lot! Please call us if you have any questions regarding trailer placement and location or view our parking page here.
If you have such concerns, inform the Game Coach upon arrival and he will make sure that the gaming is appropriate. Otherwise, he will follow the lead of the guest(s) of honour and make sure they are having the time of their lives! You can request which game ratings are allowed during the booking process by selecting the type of ratings allowed. Our game inventory and view ratings information for each game are on this page.
We come rain, shine, temps below freezing or over 40 degrees — we are climate controlled! As long as it is safe for us to drive, we’ll be there!
We suggest that you tell your guests that the party is at least a half-hour to an hour before our arrival time — that way they eat first and they all see the grand arrival of our mobile video game theatre!
Certainly not! Bring them on! We’ll keep them all having fun! We do not charge by the number of guests.
We always bring the full game library to every event. Your Game Coach will listen to and make suggestions to make your event successful. You can request which game ratings are allowed during the booking process. See our list of games and rating information on this page.
Our reservations go quickly. In order to hold your booking and receive the included invitations, you must pay a 50% deposit or arrange to drop your payment with us. Otherwise, your date and time are still open for booking by others.
We provide a link to our custom made invitations on our confirmation emails to the host. However, if you just want a free invitation template, just head over to our custom invitations here.
The Game Coach arrives in plenty of time to be setup and start your party at the designated start time. Normally between 20-30 minutes ahead of scheduled start time
We can raise funds by being part of a “kids zone” at a large event or “primary attraction” at smaller events. Our “Backpack” option for schools, churches or non-profits is to hand out flyers and when a party is booked as a result, the organisation receives $20 cashback, per booking for fundraising. We will print the half-page, full-colour flyers and drop them off; all you have to do is distribute them! No cost, no risk, no selling cookies or magazines! You can even do an e-mail blast! Contact us for more information.
You can view our policies here
We can’t allow any food from within the gaming theatre, as this will create an unwanted mess and damage the technical equipment within the Gaming Theatre. Therefore, game hosts must enforce the no food policy and have participants clean their hands before entering the gaming theatre.
At the moment, we are not wheelchair friendly. We need to consider the right sort of ramp that can clip on and secure on the gaming trailer’s back entrance.
At each event our designated Ghostly Games Driver will act as a Game Coach and monitor the children inside the game trailer. As we will monitor and manage the children within the game trailer, we do expect the host/parents to manage the children outside the gaming van as we need to ensure all children are safe from inside the Game Trailer.
You most certainly do not get charged more. If we are running late, we will stay longer until the required event timeframes are completed. The Game Coach will contact the host if there is an event of traffic congestion or any incident they may encounter during the day.
