Use the Pricing and Booking page to send in your date and times. Choose your date for a “Weekend” or “Weekday” (Friday at the moment) type reservation. Pick your requested time next. Answer the questions, I.E. Name, Address, E-mail, Parking etc. This will send us a request for a booking. Once we check the parking and schedule we will confirm or contact you with any questions. A second e-mail will be sent to you after confirmation with a “Pay Now” button to pay the deposit and reserve your date.
Our drivers are excellent and can go nearly anywhere. Our truck/trailer package is roughly 17 metres long and needs to be placed on an area of little or no incline or decline preferred but not required. Otherwise, you can divert us to a nearby park, church, pizza restaurant or parking lot! Typically, for children aged 6 years and up it is not an issue. That’s why we bring our Game Coach! The Game Coach helps the kids along, inspires and instructs. We make sure it’s the party of the year!
If you have such concerns, inform the Game Coach upon arrival and he will make sure that the gaming is appropriate. Otherwise, he will follow the lead of the guest(s) of honour and make sure they are having the time of their lives! We come rain, shine, temps below freezing or over 100 degrees — we are climate controlled! As long as it is safe for us to drive, we’ll be there!
We suggest that you tell your guests that the party is at least a half-hour to an hour before our arrival time — that way they eat first and they all see the grand arrival of our mobile video game theatre!
Certainly not! Bring them on! We’ll keep them all having fun! We do not charge by the number of guests.
We always bring the full game library to every event. Your Game Coach will listen to and make suggestions to make your event successful. Our reservations go quickly. In order to hold your booking and receive the included invitations, you must pay online or arrange to drop your payment with us. Otherwise, your date and time is still open for booking by others.
Once we have confirmed and received payment, we will forward your invitations. We can also provide digital copies of the invitation by e-mail upon request
The Game Coach arrives in plenty of time to be setup and start your party at the designated start time. Normally between 10-20 minutes ahead of scheduled start time.
We can raise funds by being part of a “kids zone” at a large event or “primary attraction” at smaller events and either charging tickets to play in the Mobile Game Theatre or accepting a wristband or tickets for timed play. Our “Backpack” option for schools, churches or non-profits is to hand out flyers and when a party is booked as a result, the organisation receives $20 cash back, per booking for fundraising. We will print the half-page, full colour flyers and drop them off; all you have do is distribute them! No cost, no risk, no selling cookies or magazines! You can even do an e-mail blast!
